Individual conversations may be read by Crest Rock staff when there is a documented reason, and each such access is logged. AI features are processed by Anthropic under Crest Rock's commercial terms, which do not permit your data to be used to train AI models. Do not enter sensitive personal data — Social Security numbers, account numbers, health or payroll details — anywhere in the portal.
